If you have extenuating circumstances and need to request a refund or exchange, please contact us nikki@thecapsulebrand.com. We will review your request within five (5) business days.
Requests must be made within seven (7) days of purchase, provided the service has not yet begun. No refunds or exchanges will be considered or issued once service has started.
If granted exception to this policy, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
